JANESVILLE — The popular TV series, “Wisconsin Foodie,” visited Rock County recently and will air the episode Thursday on the local PBS Wisconsin TV station.

“Wisconsin Foodie” host Luke Zahm travels the state to give viewers insight each week into the most delicious dining the state has to offer.

In Thursday’s episode, Zahm visits Lark, the Sandwich Bar and Lark Market in downtown Janesville and talks with Richard and Joan Neeno about what makes their offerings so special.

The episode begins in Beloit at Bushel & Parks which creates its own unique variety of hot sauces.

Then Zahm follows the hot sauce up to Janesville, where it’s sold at Lark Market, part of a larger, good-food movement taking over the city.

The episode airs at 7:30 pm, Thursday, Feb. 23, 20230on PBS Wisconsin and will also be available on Wisconsin Foodie’s YouTube channel.

“Thanks to everyone who came to help us out during filming and has been asking for the last year,” wrote Lark on its Facebook page, “It’s finally happening.”
